Month 1: before & during book launch

·   We create your media kit & press release

·   We create pitches for media outreach

·   We research and determine which strategic market and media platforms to pitch your book to (podcasters, reviewers, news media outlets, etc for reviews, interviews, articles, and highlights)

·   We aggressively reach out to and follow up with the above (please note: we pitch aggressively and strategically to a wide variety, but we cannot guarantee our authors will get selected)

·   We are the contact person for any media spots we land, and then, if needed, coach you on what to do with those spots (including direction on pieces to submit if needed)

·   We will reach out to your local bookstore and request a book signing, if compatible or able

·   We offer a list of blog and media tour companies’ prices, if desired

Month 2: following book launch

·   We follow up with news media outlets, blogs, podcasts, etc

·   We continue pitching to new media outlets

·   We are the contact person for any media spots we land, and then coach you on what to do with those spots (including direction on pieces to submit if needed)

·   We’ll oversee sending your book out for reviews if placement is landed

·   We’ll coach you in a half-hour call on future book promo if desired

·   We create materials and wording you can use to pitch yourself to media in future months
